Dashboard
Your central hub in Trenaro. From the dashboard, you can access your courses, manage your organization, view analytics, and navigate to all key features.
Training
A Training in Trenaro is a complete learning program designed to teach a specific topic or skill. It consists of one Course and several Sessions, or one Coach. Trainings can be customized, assigned to teams, and tracked through analytics to measure learner progress and outcomes.
Course
A complete training program made up of one or more sessions. Courses contain learning content, narration, assessments and are assigned to teams or learners for training.
Session
A building block of a course. Sessions are created from slides, narration, and optional assessments. Courses can include one or multiple sessions to cover different topics.
Coach
A Coach is a support or guidance feature in Trenaro that helps learners by answering questions, clarifying content, or providing learning reinforcement during a course.
Knowledge
Supporting materials or additional context added by a course creator to strengthen the AI Instructor’s responses. Knowledge ensures learners receive more accurate and relevant information.
Members
The individuals within your organization who use Trenaro. Members can have different roles, such as Admin, Creator, or Learner.
Team
A group of members organized within your Trenaro account. Teams are used to assign and manage course access, ensuring the right learners receive the right training.
Assessment
A quiz or test within a course or session that evaluates how well learners have understood the material. Assessments can include questions like multiple-choice, true/false, or short answer.
Narration
The spoken explanation or voice-over that accompanies course slides. Narration can be uploaded by the creator or generated by Trenaro’s AI for a natural learning flow.
AI Instructor
A virtual instructor that guides learners through a course. AI Instructors can appear as a video avatar, photo avatar, or voice-only narration, and adapt their tone and style based on the course needs.
Preview
A feature that allows creators to see and experience the course exactly as a learner would before it is published. Useful for checking flow, narration, and design.
Publication
The process of releasing a course so learners can access it. Publications determine which version of a course is live, which teams have access, and how discoverable it is.
Delivery
It represents the act of learning; it’s how a course or training is experienced by the learner. When a training is delivered, it becomes accessible for learners to watch, interact with, and complete. Each delivery can include assigned teams, AI instructors, narration, and interactive elements that shape the overall learning experience. It reflects not just the distribution of content, but the active process of engaging with it, turning course materials into real learning moments.
