The Manage a Coach section in Trenaro allows coach Creators and Admins to organize, duplicate, transfer, or delete existing coach. These tools make it easy to manage your training content and ensure it’s always up to date and accessible where needed.
Duplicate a Coach
You can quickly duplicate a coach to create a copy of your existing training.
This is useful when you want to:
Reuse an existing structure for a new topic.
Test updates without affecting the original coach.
Create variations of a coach for different teams or audiences.
When duplicated, all sessions, settings, and configurations are copied into the new coach. You can then edit the duplicated version independently
Move a Coach to Another Account
If you’re a member of multiple organizations or accounts within Trenaro, you can move a coach between them.
This feature helps streamline collaboration by allowing you to share or reassign ownership of a coach without rebuilding it from scratch.
Once moved, the coach and its sessions will appear under the selected account’s training list and disappear from the source account's training list
Delete a Coach
If a coach is no longer needed, you can delete it permanently.
Deleting a coach removes it from your organization, including all associated sessions and analytics data.
⚠️ Important: This action cannot be undone. Make sure to back up or duplicate any content you may need before deleting.
