The Manage a Course section in Trenaro allows course Creators and Admins to organize, duplicate, transfer, or delete existing courses. These tools make it easy to manage your training content and ensure it’s always up to date and accessible where needed.
Duplicate a Course
You can quickly duplicate a course to create a copy of your existing training.
This is useful when you want to:
Reuse an existing structure for a new topic.
Test updates without affecting the original course.
Create variations of a course for different teams or audiences.
When duplicated, all sessions, settings, and configurations are copied into the new course. You can then edit the duplicated version independently
Move a Course to Another Account
If you’re a member of multiple organizations or accounts within Trenaro, you can move a course between them.
This feature helps streamline collaboration by allowing you to share or reassign ownership of a course without rebuilding it from scratch.
Once moved, the course and its sessions will appear under the selected account’s training list and disappear from the source account's training list
Delete a Course
If a course is no longer needed, you can delete it permanently.
Deleting a course removes it from your organization, including all associated sessions and analytics data.
⚠️ Important: This action cannot be undone. Make sure to back up or duplicate any content you may need before deleting.
