Dashboard
The Dashboard provides a quick view of all your courses and their progress. It is designed to help you easily track your learning journey and manage your training.
Organization Menu
From the Organization Menu, you can update key details such as your organization’s name and logo, along with other general settings such us your Organization Members and Billing information.
Learn
My Dashboard lists all the Trainings you are enrolled in. Those are separated as follows:
Latest Trainings: Displays the latest trainings that have been added and you have access to. Each Training card shows the Training title, duration, and language, along with a quick link to resume learning.
In Progress: Displays the Trainings you’ve started but not yet completed. Each Training card shows a quick link to resume learning.
Completed: Lists the trainings you have successfully finished, allowing you to review or revisit them at any time.
In the Browse All section, you can explore all available trainings you have access to.
In the main area of the Trainings section, you can switch between tabs to view:
All Trainings: The full list of available to you, trainings.
Training categories: Trainings grouped by other topics or areas of interest available to you.
Create and Manage
For course creators, the Create and Manage section offers all the tools needed to build, organize, and manage your training programs effectively.
The Categories section helps you keep your trainings structured and easy to navigate. By grouping courses into clear categories, learners can quickly find the training that’s most relevant to them. You can easily add new categories, edit existing ones, or remove any that are no longer needed.
In the Teams section, you can create new teams or update existing ones to match your organization’s structure. Add members, assign them to the appropriate teams, and ensure each group has access to the right training content.
The AI Instructors feature allows you to create virtual instructors that deliver your course content in a style that best fits your audience. You can choose between a video avatar, a photo avatar, or voice-only (no avatar).
Analytics
The Analytics section gives you a comprehensive view of how your training programs are performing across your organization. You can track key metrics such as available courses, completion rates, learner engagement, and assessment scores.
The dashboard is your central hub for monitoring progress, resuming training, and discovering new learning opportunities.
