Distribution settings
The Distribution settings allow you to assign a Coach to specific teams and categories, ensuring learners only see the content relevant to them.
Access Control
With Access Control, you decide whether a Coach is accessible to all your Learners or restricted to selected Teams. You can also select to restrict access to it from all across your organization.
Discoverability options
The Discoverability options let you choose whether a coach should remain hidden to the organization or appear in specific categories only.
By organizing coaches into Categories, you make it easier for learners to browse, filter, and find the training they need, keeping your learning environment structured and efficient.
