Learners are the primary audience for training content in Trenaro. As a learner, you gain access to trainings based on the permissions and distribution settings defined by your organization’s administrators or training creators. This ensures you only see training that is relevant to your role, team, or learning path.
How Learners Get Access
Assigned by Team
If your organization groups learners into teams, you’ll automatically gain access to the trainings assigned to your team(s).
This ensures all team members receive the same training aligned with their responsibilities.
Assigned Individually
In some cases, administrators may invite you directly to a training.
You’ll receive an email notification or see the training appear in your Browse All section.
By Category & Discoverability
Trainings may also be made discoverable within categories.
If your organization has set a course as Discoverable, you can search or browse for it within the assigned category and self-enroll.
Where Learners See Their Trainings
As a Learner, once you’ve been granted access to Trenaro, you can log in to your account and start your trainings by visiting https://app.trenaro.com/.
Available trainings are accessible at Learn → Browse All, and selecting the right tab
Trainings that Learners have already started are accessible at Learn → My Dashboard and are separated as follows:
Latest - Latest trainings published to discover the possibilities of AI Led Training.
In Progress – Trainings you’ve already started but haven’t yet completed.
Completed – Trainings you’ve finished.
Learner Permissions Inside a Training
Once you open a course, you’ll be able to:
View Content: Access all lessons, slides, and materials within the course.
Play Narration: Listen to AI-generated or uploaded narration that guides you through the training.
Interact with AI Instructor: Ask questions or request clarification from the AI Instructor or Coach with your voice or text.
Complete Assessments: Take quizzes or tests built into the course to check your understanding.
Track Progress: See how much of the course you’ve completed, and which sections remain.
Learners cannot edit or modify course content. Editing and publishing permissions are restricted to course creators and admins.
Key Takeaways for Learners
You’ll only see the Trainings that your admin or creator has granted you access to.
Your Trainings are automatically organized into In Progress and Completed lists.
Discoverable Trainings in categories may allow you to self-enroll, depending on your organization’s access settings.
Your role is to learn, complete assessments, and track progress — not to edit or create content.
