Trainings & Sessions
Q: What’s the difference between a training and a session?
A: A Training is a complete learning program (course or coach), while a session is a module or section within a Training (often based on slides, narration, and assessments).
Q: Can I upload my own training materials?
A: Yes. You can upload PDFs or PowerPoint (PPTX) files to quickly transform existing presentations into interactive training sessions.
Q: Can I edit a Training after publishing?
A: Yes. You can always return to Course Settings or Session Settings to make changes, update content, or re-publish a new version.
AI Instructors & Narration
Q: What are AI Instructors?
A: Trenaro’s AI-Instructors are intelligent, conversational agents that guide employees through training content, answer questions, and adapt to each learner 24/7.
Q: Can I provide my own narration?
A: Absolutely. You can upload your own narration file, or let Trenaro generate AI narration for each slide.
Q: Can AI Instructors replace human trainers?
A: Trenaro enhances, not replaces. AI handles scalable, repeatable coaching while your people focus on high-value interactions.
Billing & Credits
Q: What are credits in Trenaro?
A: Credits are units used for creating and enhancing content in Trenaro, such as generating AI narration or building courses.
Q: Do credits expire?
A: Credits remain valid as long as your Trenaro account is active.
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: We accept major credit/debit cards, Bancontact, and ESP Bank transfers.
Analytics
Q: Can I track learner progress?
A: Yes. Analytics dashboards let you track course enrollments, completion rates, learner engagement, and assessment results.
Q: Can I export reports?
A: Yes. Course analytics can be exported to CSV for deeper analysis.
Account & Security
Q: How do I update my profile information?
A: On the lower left User Menu, go to Manage Account → Profile to update your name, email, or profile picture.
Q: How do I delete my account?
A: On the lower left User Menu, go to Manage Account → Security, to have your account deleted. Note that this is permanent and cannot be undone.
Q: How do I reset my password?
A: If you’ve forgotten your password, go to the login screen, enter your email address, and then select Continue. Click “Forgot Password” and then select "Reset password". You’ll receive an email with a reset password code to use to proceed with a reset.
